RUNOFF: What's your favorite panel from "Double Cross Ch 4" Page 21, Panel 5 and Page 23, Panel 2?

Howdy y'all!
I noticed that there was a tie in the result between Page 21, Panel 5 and Page 23, Panel 2 of "Double Cross Ch 4". Both got exactly 38% of the vote!
So, I've created a quick run-off survey to break the tie between Page 21, Panel 5 and Page 23, Panel 2. If you need to refresh your memory, you can take a look again at page 21 here and page 23 here.
