Been a YT subscriber for a while, but seeing you were doing Scream 2 I had to become a Patreon, and I'll take any excuse to rewatch this gem! The character development really sets this apart from other slashers. They are so well written, especially Gale's arc in this one. I hope you continue, Scream 3 is a ton of fun!

2025-02-27 08:17:00 +0000 UTCOne thing I love is that in the first film, Liev Schreiber shows up for a 30 second wordless cameo (he wasn't famous yet..he'd only been acting onscreen for maybe a two years) and then gets brought back for a larger role in this movie! The sequel wasn't planned when the film was cast, so it's such a cool, lucky break for an actor to get a job as an extra and then one year later be brought back for a featured role in the sequel! And it's not like he got famous between movies...he did Ransom the same year as Scream and Scream 2 filmed almost immediately after the first one was released.
