I could have sworn that you reacted to this before, but I've been doing that a lot lately; it's called getting old. Jami Gertz, the actress who played the therapist in this, also played the role of Star, the half-vampire, in the 1987 horror film "The Lost Boys." She is also Hollywood's wealthiest actress or actor, with an estimated net worth of $8 billion, so don't feel too sorry for her.

Obviously it has a lot of "Hollywood liberties", but it's not the worst tornado move by a long shot hehe. The CGI is quite 90's, and the eggbeater tornados are quite funny. But good weather flick and it created a massive interest for tornados and weather for a lot of people. Awesome stuff.
