Development Update: Voice Lines, QoL Improvements, and Lacto Escape Progress

Hello everyone,

Thank you so much for all your feedback, ideas, and wishes! For those who didn’t know, I’ve been under the weather for a while due to illness, but I’m feeling much better now.

During this time, I continued working on Cowtastic Cafe. I’ve provided nearly all the voice lines to our voice artist, and we’ve successfully recorded everything in English. This wouldn’t have been possible without your generous donations—thank you! I’m currently in the process of implementing these lines, but due to the localization system, it's a long and tiring task. Most of the features seem to be working well, and the game has also benefited from some quality-of-life updates thanks to our active modders. For example, seed functionality is now in place, and improvements to keyboard inputs and cheats are in the works. I’ve also updated the project to Unity 6, which should result in smoother gameplay on slower devices.

As for the Lacto Escape Project, I’ve been working on some "filler" maps that are more atmospheric and exploration-based, providing a relaxed experience. I’ve also begun work on a new minigame, but I’ll keep that a surprise for now! Meanwhile, our animator has been making incredible progress, refining the models to something truly astounding—potentially a masterpiece of its own.
