I think the framing of abortion services being used mostly by teenagers who "got knucked up" instead of mothers or people who have their stuff together and just not want a baby, moralizes the choice because "if they were just better off or in their 30s, they of course would keep the pregnancy going". It implicitly tells the audience that an abortion is a quick-fix for a mistake or, you know, a sin. Like, having sex before marriage. We, myself and my SO, are childfree, which means that we just don't want children of our own in our lives, not because we were irresponsible or because of some implied mistake. Childfree people already get portrayed as selfish all the time and this, to me, parallels this treatment of people who make their own choices in life.
