This Love perfectly explains what she thought she was getting out of that relationship, we just didn't know until we heard TTPD. And Forever & Always .... I was there when you said forever & always, you didn't mean it baby .... is that not what ended up happening? She absolutely didn't intend that implication (she actually said it was Lena Dunham's birthday and she requested it) but it came true in a way. I think about that surprise song combo at least once a week it's crazy how it all played out in the end

I feel like that kind of gives the game away and really exposes her "easter eggs" for what they are, which is really just a way of keeping up fan engagement, keeping her name in headlines, and setting a narrative without having to go through traditional media/promo channels to do it. It's like she's gone all-in on the easter egg thing because she doesn't know how else to accomplish that. It's unfortunate that her visuals have suffered for it.
