The last great VMAs I would argue were 2016! We got performances by Rihanna, Beyonce, Britney Spears, Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj! Rihanna won the Video Vanguard as well! It was a very fun ceremony!

2025-09-23 15:56:28 +0000 UTCOh Madison - anklegate is so hard!!! I twisted mine about 2yrs ago (and re twisted it 8months after) and it's the worst! It feels so weak and it takes forever to heal - and ya likely not the same. The best thing I started doing is wearing a brace out for longer excursions and also got back into wearing high top sneakers for support (bough myself the nicest pair of hot pink air Jordans ๐). Be kind to it and yourself, I know the anxiety of it is real.
