October's WIP

Hello guys! I hope all of you are fine! Sorry for being silent again in the last couple of weeks. I’m trying to balance two jobs and also working on AEP active and working on the new current updates. I don’t have much time and I had home emergency a couple of days ago that exhausted me mentally and physically. So, I decided to reduce the time I spent online for the next couple of weeks just to put my shit together and my home together and focus on managing my stress level. Do not worry, I’m still working on mods, I almost finished AEP update, I just need to test it and I will upload it in the next few days. Also, there will be a big bug fix for RedAppleNet until the end of the month. I will try to answer your questions and help requests as often as I can, so feel free to leave messages. 

I’m still working on making AEP Active and I decided that I will release it in parts when the time comes. I want to make the acting branch active first and then jump up on the production part after. That will allow me to get your feedback and also publish it earlier. I will probably recruit some testing people for beta-version, RedApple taught me that it’s just too big for me to test and find all the bugs myself. 

I hope to finish and publish a new SugarLife update next month and the new AEP one. I wanna sort out through my small non-adult mods I made for myself and maybe share some of it here, maybe it would be useful to someone. Also,  I started working on a guide for AEP mod. People always ask the same questions and I understand that it hard to navigate and read all old changelogs especially if you are a new user, so the detailed guide will help with that, I hope.  

Like I said I’m still working on all this stuff and it’s not like I have extra time, but I can’t stop thinking about new ideas. First of all, I would like to make more active careers, maybe not big ones. I would really like to make lifeguard career active for example. So, throw your ideas at me, what new career you would like to be active? 

Long-time ago someone asked me to update mod that allows a Sim to beg for money on the streets. The author abandoned it. I really liked it, but I didn’t get a response when asking for permission to update it, so I kind of forgot about it. Now, I’m thinking of creating something similar but build upon the concept. That mod was too broken anyways and it’s easier to start from a clean slate. I want something that will offer a challenge to the users who want it, who want to make their Sim live quite a hard life and make their road to success difficult or maybe just roleplay a runaway teen or sim who lost everything they have. I’m still thinking about that and what I can do, so again, tell me what you would like.
