I've always struggled with the shortage of light, right from the 400 ISO film, and the upgrading of my digital cameras have always involved models that could handle high ISO with more confidence.
I'm still craving for new cameras with better low light capabilities (the last model entering the list is the Leica SL2-s), but possibly the problem lies within me.
I should learn to embrace darkness and make it my best friend.
Particularly in the Winter, as I am required to shoot in dimly lit interiors.

The new sensors are really getting better! But I will avoid DSLR in the future for this kind of work. My target now would be the new Leica SL2-s sensor, backside illuminated. But the Lumix S1 is good enough and it is not the right time to spend money in more fancy gear... 😅
