If you sacrifice too much in the quest of quality alone, you risk missing genuine expressions like this one from Cristiana, which is the main reason we are taking pictures in the first place.
Who cares about noise at high ISO, be there and try to exploit the model to the full, not only in terms of nudity, but also in terms of psychological insight...
