This time she's fallen prey to a prank from her friends, growing bigger due to a small pebble that causes growth. Looks like the source for her trouble is much closer than she expects this time. ;D

I'm sure once she gets big enough the pebble will be shot free from her swelling belly... or become buried in her belly button and she'll never find it. One of the two.
