I gave this random growth effect table I made a spin, and you can see the results in the upper corner. In short, you roll dice on the table to see who gets affected by the growth, which parts of her get bigger, in what way and how much, and whether there is a side effect or not.
I think I'll be using it as aid whenever I can't come up with ideas on the spot.
