Four Steps to Keeping a Sub Hooked!

Okay, so you’ve snagged a sub. Whether it’s findom or Femdom, you’ve found someone ready to serve and worship your every need. But the big question is: how do you keep them coming back for more, sending and spoiling you?

Here are 4 steps that have worked for me (Mistress Marley) personally:

• Content matters!

Yes, you could get online and type all day about how you deserve to drain someone’s wallet or peg someone to the ends of the Earth, but let’s admit it; subs are visual creatures. There’s always a way to give a little content without giving too much: a quick bathing suit or lingerie tease, a video of you talking shit to put them in their place, or just a simple regular ol’ selfie can do the trick. You want to entice a potential sub, but not give away the whole package for free. Make them wonder. When posting content, be sure to use the appropriate hashtags (findom, Femdom, etc) to make sure your content is seen.

• Dialogue matters!

So your content has invited a potential sub into your inbox. Great! Now what? They’ve probably hit you with the “Hey goddess” or “I want to serve you.” You now have their attention. Here are some replies I use for findom specifically:

“How do you wish to serve me?”

“I require subs to tribute to move forward in serving me. My payment methods are on my page?”

“I want you to prove how worthy you are to serve me and be in my presence. Tribute.”

“Empty your wallet and maybe I’ll give you a chance 😇.”

For subs that are wanting in person sessions, such as on Fetlife, here’s some other examples:

“I provide certain kinks and fetishes that are listed on my profile. You can choose the ones that get you off and can book me from there.”

“I am glad you want to be blessed with my presence. I only take on serious subs that are looking to book me for services.”

“As a pro domme with lots of experience and great reviews, I have rates for my sessions.”

Let them know up front that you have needs that are required to be met! Remember, if a sub gives you any trouble, there’s this thing called the BLOCK button. 😁

• Make them jealous!

Subs hate, but love, to see that they aren’t the only ones with your attention. Some subs will be triggered to tribute even more to impress you, while some want to tribute just so they can feel like they belong to your “sub tribe” (if you have multiple subs). For example, if a sub sends a low tribute, counteract it with “Hmm, I guess that’s a good amount. I have this one sub that always sends me so much more.” Majority of men like a little competition; use that to your advantage.

• Keep in contact!

Sure, you could get that one tribute or do that one session and never talk to the sub again, or you could keep consistent conversation going so they can feel like their getting an experience. This will encourage them to send to a Domme that they know will continue training them to be the best sub they can be. It doesn’t have to get personal; just random check ins here and there are fine. They should definitely be returning the favor without being told to. This is how you build that D/s connection to continue being spoiled.
