I always receive messages from upcoming SWers asking: "What do I price my content?"

That, my friend, is entirely up to you.

I say this because in this industry, there aren't set rates. There's no one way to price things or determine what your worth is. Each rate set by SWers is based off of what they know they personally need - whether it deals with bills, expenses, financial goals trying to reach, etc.

One thing that is important though, is to always make sure you receive a deposit for sessions, custom content, online sessions, etc. Deposits help you separate the time wasters from those who are serious about your time. If you experience flaking from someone who put down a deposit, at least you're not taking home completely 0.

For custom content, for example, when setting prices try to factor in how long it took you to shoot the clip, edit it, get dressed/prepared for it, etc. If the clip required a lot of physical energy, charge accordingly. If a sub is requesting extra specifics according to their kink/fetish, charge accordingly. If you ever feel you are ever undercharging yourself, raise the price.

Your prices also don't always have to remain the same. Yesterday's price is not today's price. The market is always changing.

Watch out for scams - never let a sub tell you that they need to verify who you are first through a free Skype call (charge for a first time interview). Some subs will use this as a free session and then never interact with you again. Subs can also verify who you are through your existing sites, such as OF or IWC.

Create an expenses menu to post on your websites. This menu lets subs see your needs and what they can cover for you. I've attached an example of mine.
