TAX SEASON: IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

Once you reach a certain threshold in this line of work, you'll have to report your taxes (anything outside of gifts). Most content creation and adult websites have specific details on when you have to start reporting.
For example:
Only Fans - more than $400 a yearr
IWC - $600 per year
If you are filing under a LLC, you should be setting money aside during the year to pay your taxes. You should also be keeping up with all of your expenses to write off. Here are some things you can write off:
- Travel (flights, uber, gas, hotels, air bnb, etc)
- Dungeon rentals
- Supples + tech (cameras, ring lights, backdrops, phone stands, etc)
- Outfits
- Office space (if you film your content in a specific area of your home, you can write this off based on the square footage)
- Marketing and promotion (if you pay for any PR, website domain fees, app subscriptions, etc)
- Event spaces (if you throw parties, etc)
