THE RICHES ARE IN YOUR PRIVATE MESSAGES - HOW TO INCREASE YOUR EARNINGS ON FAN SITES AS A DOMINATRIX
Added 2025-03-13 13:37:42 +0000 UTC1. Create Paywalls for Access to You
In this game, you all know how I always preach about how your time and content is valuable. Spending your days tirelessly chatting with subs who are not paying you is not the wave, at all. Try implementing some of these steps into your business model on fan sites (sites such as OF, LF, IWC, NF, etc)
PPM (Pay to Message) – Most of the fan sites already have this set into place when fans message you. You can edit the amount in your account settings. If you are using a site where this isn't set up, create your own pricing standards to send to your fans.
Create a Tipping Menu – A tipping menu gives your subscribers an idea of what they can tip you to supplement your income and get your attention. You can post this menu as a regular post on your timeline or you can send it privately in DM's (make sure that when you are posting on fan sites to remove your alternative pay methods from the graphic. You don't want to get a warning for having a competing pay method on your fan sites). Here's a link to a tip menu template that I created for use - https://www.patreon.com/posts/90278783
Custom Interaction Rates – Charge extra $$$ for specific requests, times, voice notes, messages, etc. I Want Clips is a great example of a fan site that has a template set up for this.
2. Fix Up Your Subscription Model
I don't want to exactly call this giving subs extra "attention" for sending more because as the Domina, them just being able to speak to us is enough - but there are certain steps you can take to provide extra conversation to subs that spend more. An acknowledged spender is a spender that will stick around.
Daily/weekly check-ins – Charge a "guaranteed acknowledgement" fee. For subs that want to speak to you weekly or daily, even if it's just one message, you can charge more for this with either a daily tribute or weekly tribute required.
Priority Access – The subs that pay more can be given access to clips earlier when you drop them (no, not for free) but they will get earlier access to purchase before your "regular" subscribers.
3. Creating Exclusivity
You can make your subs feel special, but don't let them get too comfortable. Constantly remind them of how their spot can be taken by another more deserving sub.
"Only my favorite subs get the privilege of being able to speak to me consistently. Otherwise, you'll have to get to the back of the line."
"No tribute, no conversation."
4. Sticking to Your Boundaries
No matter what business model you take on, sticking to your BOUNDARIES is mandatory. Do not respond to casual messages especially if your rules have been highlighted and the sub tries to bypass this. If they continue to push your boundaries, block them or give the silent treatment. Never lose your cool and come off as 'begging to a sub'. YOU ARE THE PRIZE.
