How to Train Subs to Pay Your Initial Tribute

In this post we will be learning how to make tribute before conversation a rule and a requirement for potential subs. This lesson is great for those who are beginners in the Findom + Femdom space.

WHY INITIAL TRIBUTE MATTERS:

An initial tribute let's potential subs know how much you require for them to even be able to get your attention. When you allow a sub to access you unpaid, you set the tone for them begging and possibly burning you out via conversation. When you require payment before interaction, you instantly:
1. Filter out timewasters
2. Step into that Domme energy that we discuss frequently
3. Trigger a submissive’s need to earn your attention (this makes the dynamic more worth it)

STEP 1: Set the Standard in Your Bio

Your "vanilla" social media bio whether on Twitter or Reddit should set the tone for how subs are to interact with you in the digital space.

Bio Example:

“No messages without tribute. $50 to speak. Prove you deserve my attention.”

This weeds out all the “Hey” and “I’m curious” conversation before it enters your inbox. Of course, being transparent, you'll still have time wasters that will filter in every now and then, but you know my rule of thumb is to BLOCK THEM.

STEP 2: Create a 3-Tier Tribute Menu (OPTIONAL, BUT GOOD!)

Pin this to your Twitter/X or include it in your link-in-bio page. Make sure it’s visible and public.

- $25 — Greet Me Properly

- $50 — Gain Permission to Speak

- $100 — Be Considered for Training or Custom Sessions

This gives the subs options while still keeping your services behind a paywall.

STEP 3: Learn How to Master Your Responses to DM's

Here are some examples of possible conversations that I've received in the past and how I would respond to them:

SUB: “Hi Goddess, I really admire your content.”

ME: “If you truly admire me, you would send tribute for access to this conversation. My initial tribute amount is in my bio.” (Or you can insert your payment links directly into the conversation)

SUB: “Oh I was just trying to get to know you.”

ME: “That’s adorable, now send $100 since you thought my time was free.”

REMINDER: PLEASE REMEMBER TO SPEAK IN YOUR DOMINANT TONE OF VOICE THAT WORKS FOR YOU. IF YOU ARE MORE SENSUAL, LEAD WITH THAT PERSONA. IF YOU ARE MORE SADISTIC, LEAD WITH THAT PERSONA.

STEP 4: Know When to Block

Here are instant red flags that you should look out for:

1. “Can I pay you after we talk?”

2. “Do you have a free sample?”

3. “You must think you’re all that.”

4. “$50 just to talk? Lol”

BLOCK. No explanation. Let them learn the hard way. You should never be begging for tributes.

Setting and sticking to your initial tribute isn't rocket science. It's actually the least complicated thing to set up in this industry. Choose an amount that makes sense for you!
