Reading into Lyra's thoughts will give you a good idea that she isn't really sure what she's getting into. Whether that's due to her not reading the manual or doing more research online (both), she's still more than willing to delve deeper- and I do mean deeper!
Going into a more technical side of things, this page was meant to represent the VR systems sort of "scanning her in". I won't spoil anything too much for right now, but the Holosensors are much more than they seem and them being able to completely scan her body is a testament to that. Due to her having clothes though, it may not be scanning all that it wants to for the best representation in game and the visuals reflect that; I.E. what you're seeing isn't the "Full Lyra" just yet!
