Alittle backstory from AWSAZ they created this show because Renjun & Doyoung made a vlive and fans realized oh this is the first time were seeing them together their very similar maybe that's why their awkward. Renjun & Doyoung are each others couterparts in Dream & 127. Like when they say oh every group has that friend .... Renjun & Doyoung are like the mom of the group & for WayV it would be Kun but even beyond that Renjun & Doyoung have alot more similiarties. Their both very sensitive, highly emotional thinkers, smart, straightforward, to the poing were they can be very savage & they even sing similar they add alot of emotions to their singing. In that vlive they went to a concert but they weren't really close prior to that concert & were even surprised when they realized oh you're going to. After the concert they took a picture but the photographer told them you guys don't look close. Renjun is way more savage & sarcastic then Doyoung & Doyoung adores his Dongsaengs so he doesn't tend to fight back the way he does with 127 or Taeyong in particular. Renjun took advantage of that & started being very sarcastic in the vlive like if it was their first time meeting & that he felt very awkward with Doyoung. Czennies ofcourse were fascinated by them and how we barely get memebers from different units interacting and hence we got the show AWSAZ. They became an iconic NCT duo after that & are alot of Nctzens favorite episode & friendship to come out of AWSAZ. They were the most successful to build a bond for sure. We see them interact, tease, & hangout with each other alot more. I loved how they started it off with the founding 'awkward members' Renjun & Doyoung & with Mark & Haechan as MC's who are very close to both already since they are in both 127 & Dream. AWSAZ was a successful show that even got a second season. First one was only 127 & Dremies the 2 time they did it I think was one year later & included all units even WayV. It's a long show with 2 episodes per pairing but we get to see different units & memebers interacting that we might not have before. It even gets really cringy & might be too much for some if you don't like cutesy, cringy, awkward stuff like that. Renjun & Doyoung are very committed so they go along with the show but their more intested in buildind a relationship so they aren't afraid to hush the MC's & act natural. They were a good balance of funny, cute, & awkward other pairings aren't so just a warning lol. I hope ya'll still continue it thought because it is very & fun fascinating to see especially if ya'll are really into NCT & want to see them all interact & the different personalities from when their comfortable with just their unit to rest of the NCT group.
