2024-02-18 03:57:06 +0000 UTCI really love the scene where Lan Zhan protects Wei Wuxian from the whip, we can see how angry he looked that Wen Chao was beating him. He even was ready to go to the dungeon with Wei Wuxian but then we saw Wei Wuxian put Lan Zhan's arm down and agree to go. Wei Wuxian saving the medicine for Lan Zhan was so sweet and I really like how Lan Zhan is always somehow on his mind (like when Wuxian was in the Nie Clan and wanted to go after Lan Zhan and when he was looking around when they first got to Qishan and kept asking where Lan Zhan was). Also I really like how the guy in the middle was watching the scene where Jiang cheng tries to stop Wei Wuxian from helping Lan Wangji and said "Is he jealous? that he's giving attention to someone else?" Because he really does keep acting that way haha. Remember in the earlier episodes when Wei Wuxian was hanging with Lan Zhan and then Jiang Cheng was like "wei wuxian, don't come back to lotus cove, just stay here in cloud recess" and then he also asked him why he keeps hanging around Lan Zhan and why he only says bye to him etc. It's like he's unhappy that Wei Wuxian is giving so much attention to Lan Wangji. ππππππ

2024-02-18 03:05:41 +0000 UTCExactly what I was thinking. Even though itβs around 40 mins, it still goes by fast so I feel like they might could fit 2 episodes. Plus if itβs 50 total, itβll go by faster which in turn will allow them to watch additional things and not spend forever on this.

2024-02-17 17:31:09 +0000 UTCOne thing about Wei Wuxian. although he may be a troublemaker he is always so selfless (something you will realize during this whole series), he always puts people before him and always trying not make people worry. For example when he came out of the dungeon he was hurt but when Jiang Cheng asked he only smiled and joked instead. He smiles no matter what until....stay tuned lol GoodLuck talked about jiang cheng being jealous when Wei Wuxian wanted help Lan zhan. No its not jealousy. The thing about Jiang Cheng is that he cares for his brother deeply however, growing up he always have go through this "trouble" of Wei Wuxian doing what ever and the consequences that come with it. In his defence Jiang Cheng just want to stay out of trouble, meaning not meddling in people's business like Wei Wuxian always does, so he may be selfish but not troublesome unlike Wu xian haha . Also I don't think Jiang cheng realizes Lan Zhan holds Wei Wuxian close and treat him differently thats why jiang cheng is always saying like " Lan Zhan does not want you close, he doesn't like you etc.

2024-02-17 17:22:31 +0000 UTCPlot help: To answer the question about Wen qing/wen ning coming to the wen clan- they did not choose to deliberately join Wen clan, they were born as a Wen member (unfortunately). However, they are not part of main family. Wen qing is sort of Wen chao's cousin (or distant cousin). Also Wen qing is the Wen clans best doctor, hence clan leader Wen (long haired dramatic old guy) did not kill her even after she helped lan zhan wei ying previously. He needs her help as he may undergo qi (energy) deviation while playing around with the yin iron, she is the only one who can stabilise him. Side note: for all the eye rolling jiang cheng does towards wei ying, I bet my bank account that he brought those steamed buns for wei ying to eat. The untamed fandom calls jiang Cheng 'angry purple grape' couldnt be more accurateπ

This is the first time, after 11 episodes that you actually see Wei Wuxian in fear of something and seeing him this scared and losing his pride and smile, truly was horrible and sad to me π«π£ I just hate seeing him in this state ! Thanks for the episode by the way π°π¦πβ€οΈ
