Just like current make you unable to let go of the thing which is releasing that current, it was the same thing. All the spirits and the energy was not letting him let go of that sword because they were stuck there for years and finally someone came to listen to them. . And when Wei Ying asked the song name, Lan Zhan actually said "WangXian" like this "Wang,,,,,Xian". You can see him saying that from the way his mouth moving. "Wang" from lan WANGji and "Xian" from Wei wuXIAN. Lan Zhan wrote this song based on their journey till now. This song shows Wangji's perspectives and regrets. Such a beautiful song.......... You can search this song by the name Wuji. Wuji means ultimateless or limitless which is his love for Wei Ying. And if you pay attention, you can see "Wu" from wei WUxian and "Ji" from lan wangJI. Right?,,,,,, So deep. So, whenever Wei Ying ask him about anything like going with him to find other pieces of Yin Iron, he never say anything, so that Wei Ying doesn't get in trouble. And when Wei Ying was asking him if everything was alright in Cloud Recesses, he didn't say anything because he knew Wei Ying will try to help him and again will get in trouble, which ultimately happened.

Wei ying calls lwj "lan wangji" (his courtesy name) only five times over fifty episodes, and Lan Zhan called him wei wuxian ONCE. This goes to show their close relationship. But also how they call each other during the whole series kinda shows the progess in the relationship. This is special since even some married characters in the series still call each other by their courtesy names. Fun fact: fans counted that Wey ying said Lan Zhan 283 times while Lan Zhan called wei ying 66 times. For every 15 "lan zhan" there is one soft whisper of "Wei Ying" from Lan Zhan.

By the way, the song that Lan Wangji sang for Wei Wuxian is called WangXian (a combination of their names) and he wrote/composed it himself for Wei Wuxian. As we saw with the whole Mianmian situation, Wei Wuxian may sometimes struggle to see Lan Wangji's feelings/love for him and so it always makes me wonder, if Wei Wuxian had heard the name of the song before passing out (he barely missed it), would he have realized Lan Wangji's feelings for him right there? Aghhh so many questions for real. Also WangXian is the fan's official name for Wuxian and Wangji's romantic relationship. You guys mentioned how Lan Zhan calls Wwx Wei Ying and yeah he almost always calls him this because it is more intimate. Just like how Wwx always calls Lan Wangji Lan Zhan. If you noticed, almost no one else in the series up until now has ever called Lan Wangji Lan Zhan. It is more intimate to use those names. Also yeah, Jiang Cheng's mom needs to chill. I feel so bad for both Wwx and JC because she will constantly bring up how Wwx is essentially better than Jiang Cheng in every way but it's because she's angry that it isn't the opposite in her opinion. She looks down on Wwx extremely and thinks he shouldn't be on the same level as his brother and sister since they are the blood children of the clan leader and herself. Therefore, it bothers her so much that Wwx is naturally skilled and it makes her look down on even Jiang Cheng because in her eyes, she truly thinks he's lesser than Wwx in skill in basically every aspect even though no one in the family every claims that.

In addition to small bags that carry with them, where they can also keep very large things in small spaces, such as the bag that Lan Zhan carried with the Yin Iron. Another point is that Cultivators can fly on their own swords but requires them a lot of energy, so they don't use it too much, only when it merits it. "Wang" like in Lan WANGji and "Xian" like in Wei WuXIAN. Their courtesy names. Fun fact : in the drama, Wei Wuxian is the one who always talk and annoy Lan Zhan, and Lan Zhan is always so calm. But behind the scene, Wang Yibo is actually the one who talk a lot, and annoy Xiao Zhan every time. Both of them actually were always bickering and annoying each other 🤣💚❤️🐰🦁 They are so funny together 😄😆 Thank you for the reaction, I hope everything will go well for Kate. We'll all miss you ❤️.
