Oh, this is a belated comment, but I should tell you that the Chinese character "陈情(Cheng Qing)" also means to express one's feelings or make a request. And this is also one part of the original title. The original title is "Cheng Qing Ling" (陈情令). Wei Ying has a lot of things she wants someone to hear but can't say 🤕

2024-03-24 14:31:32 +0000 UTCThe Untamed is my guilty pleasure ❤️I can’t believe it is already episode 21, I love the dark Wei and his intense eyes, as well as changing Wangi and his worries. I can’t make up my mind who I like more. Same for the actors XZ and WY. WY is copy of Wangi in real life except when he is around close friends and familiar coworkers. But once he smiles all the coldness melts away. BTW, Wang Yibo’s new spy drama aired this week, he so good there , his character is so endearing and sweet - “War of Faith” and drama is also great with a strong plot and cast, and it is full of suspense. His new action movie is also coming out in May (sexy Yibo in black police uniform). Though, I miss them together - they had a great chemistry.

The E and I aren’t pronounced like in English, so the E is pronounced like the E in pet and the I is pronounced like the E in English. I’m bad at explaining haha. I actually think that Trish got it right but I’m not sure cause she’s whispering and I couldn’t really hear her say my name😂

The soundtrack consists of songs based off of the characters and their stories/feelings. That's why I am saying to react to it after because by that time you will have a better understanding of the characters and therefore understand the lyrics. These are the names of the songs: 1. 2024-03-21 14:21:29 +0000 UTCFun fact: speaking of the reverse talisman that Weiying used to conjure up the evil spirits, Weiying a.k.a Yiling Patriarch actually ends up inventing a whole lot more. We can see in episode 1 when the Lan Clan came to Mo Xuanyu's house in an attempt to ward of evil spirits, they set up flags. If you remember weiying snatched one of them and threw a bit of tantrum when in fact he was checking to see if the talisman was made properly with the proper strokes because he created it and would know if something was wrong with it. Also, in episode 2 when Weiying and the donkey were in the mountains and they came across a group of people who were stopping to get water, one of the men was holding a compass and said that it couldn't be faulty because it was created by the Yiling Patriarch. It just goes to show that even after 16 yrs after Weiying's death, his creations are still well known and are commonly used in the cultivation world (which is really ironic but I don't want to say the reason why because you'll find out as you continue watching). Also, remember in the episode, I think it was 4, Weiying ended up providing answer to a question in the class and everyone looked at him in shock and caused the uncle to kick him out. Now, remember what the uncle said "Once you figure it out, none of the other families will be able to tolerate you", its starting. As you have noticed in this episode there were a lot of comments from the people talking about how "overconfident" or cocky Weiying is. Starting from this episode, we will get to see more and more of the reactions towards Weiying and his new identity.

But still, I'm trying to learn little by little Arabic, and I take some italian lessons too, because I have an italian friend and wished that I could communicate with her in her language one day. I also took some Japanese lessons when I was 15, but it was too difficult to keep up so I just gave up 😂😂😂😂😂 Same goes for German, I studied it at school, I was getting good grades from it, but then I forgot everything 😂😂😂😂😭😭 now i just know how to pronounce some words or understand some of them djjfjfjdng And I think that you speak English very well. My own English is broken sometimes, but what's matter is that you can speak it and I belive that you are speaking different languages too and sometimes it is really hard to switch languages ❣️🔥😊 For example : when I want to say something in French I ended up remembering the word in English but not in French, same goes with my native language 😭😂😂😂 my brain can get real messy about that

Although of course Wei Wuxian is very close after, I just love Lan Zhan's personality and how much he cares for those few that he cherishes such as Wwx, his brother, uncle, etc. He also just cares a lot about other people in general and while he might not show it with smiles and hugs, he shows it with his actions of justice like when he protected MianMian along with Jin Zixuan in the cave when Wen Chao wanted her to be live-bait, or when he saved the life of that traitor in his clan even though he sold them out. He's also so smart. Him and Wei Wuxian are some of the smartest in the show as we've seen up until now! That being said, because I love Wei Wuxian and Lan Zhan so much, I hate seeing them be at odds with each other in any way. They both looked so sad throughout almost the entire episode. I just wish I could scream at them "just say you love each other, you're sorry, and make up" 😂. Even Jiang Cheng is like "what happened to yall-" and that just shows how surprising it is that they aren't getting along. 😂 Everyone is questioning them like they just broke up. I guess it's almost like they did lol 😂.

2024-03-20 22:44:00 +0000 UTCOk some explanation : I'm Comorian (since both my parents are Comorians) 🇰🇲 But I was born and grew up in Mayotte or Maore 🇾🇹 where I learned how to speak French. Then I traveled to Reunion Island 🇷🇪 when I was 7 and (lived there for like 11-12 years) got more familiar with French and learned another language which is creole. (I studied in France 🇫🇷 for 2 years 2021 to 2022 before coming back to Reunion Island) I learned English at school (even tho my English teachers were only teaching us basic English and the level was high ofc but sometimes it just felt like I wasn't learning much about english) but I got to improve my English only since the day I became Army (in 2018). And I was so passionate about the language that it just came naturally you know. I can read in Arabic (bcz of my religion) but I wish I could talk the language too 😭😭 it's just so beautiful and some of my family members can speak it 😩 how lucky So in conclusion I can talk 5 languages in total : French, English, Comorian, Creole and Shimaore 😊 Oh and Comoros is located at the northern end of the Mozambique. It's a small island between Madagascar and the southeast Africa. (Little introduction LOL)

There's not a particular reason of it's name but I believe that, maybe he called it Chenqing, to convey the feelings and emotions that he's unable to express. It could be anger, sadness, sorrow, love, happiness, madness, etc. Thanks for the reaction by the way, we loved it as always ❤️❣️👌🏼
