I just watched the two performances. CrewOne's Junseok got the fire part and came in the top3 ace rank. They ATE that sherlock performance. Goodluck, you’re right, LET'S GOO! WE AIN’T GOING HOME, BABY! I’m so happy, haha. 8turn is catching up, but well deserved they are so talanted. For the water performance, I’d definitely say it was Jae Yun from 8TURN for 1place for me. Even though he had part 5, he nailed the hidden part and had such a strong presence throughout the entire performance. Also, ehhh the man is handsome!

2024-11-27 01:57:56 +0000 UTCbefore i watch this ep, i forgot to comment this from last episode My top two favorites from this show were: 1.The New Six 2.CrewOne I’m so sad that The New Six was eliminated. This was my first time getting to know them through this show, and I loved seeing their talents and how they think. Hwi is a great leader and incredibly talented, based on what I’ve seen. I’m rooting for CrewOne to win. To be honest, only The New Six and CrewOne really caught my attention when it came to performances. Last episode was sad, but I’m grateful I got to discover them. I’ll definitely check out their other work!

2024-11-27 00:31:54 +0000 UTCThank you @동화나라앤 for sharing your perspective and shedding light on how these issues are viewed in Korea. I want to start by saying that my intention is not to spread malice or hate toward anyone too. I simply want to share my perspective on this situation with respect and honesty I understand and respect that school violence and other serious actions are taken with the utmost gravity in your society. However, I must ask where is the line between holding someone accountable and pushing them to the brink of psychological collapse? Seunghan admitted his mistakes and publicly apologized, taking responsibility for his actions. Isn’t the purpose of an apology to pave the way for growth and redemption? Yet, instead of a chance to make amends, he has been met with relentless harassment, sabotage, and even death threats , 1000 funeral wreaths..to be exact. How is that any less of a form of bullying? It's disheartening to see that while Korea claims to take bullying seriously, many fans have turned into the very thing they condemn, targeting Seunghan with the same cruelty they claim to despise. Moreover, the outrage against him feels selective. Individuals like Seungri, who have faced serious allegations with far-reaching consequences, continue to walk free with some measure of public acceptance. Meanwhile, Seunghan’s career and dreams are destroyed over mistakes that, while serious, could have been resolved through constructive dialogue and proportional consequences. The double standards are glaring and damaging, not just to him but to the integrity of how justice is perceived. It’s also troubling that fans have taken this further by sabotaging the group as a whole. The so-called fans demanding accountability have done more harm to RIIZE than anyone else, with actions like boycotting albums, sending hate trucks, and actively ruining the hard work of every member including Seunghan. Are these the actions of people who genuinely care about the victims of school violence, or are they fueled by something else entirely? As someone who supported RIIZE wholeheartedly and was particularly drawn to Seunghan’s talent, this situation has been heartbreaking to witness. The toxicity within fandoms has reached a point where it no longer feels like supporting artists but tearing them down for human imperfections. This isn’t just about Seunghan or RIIZE, it’s about ensuring that idols are treated as human beings, capable of mistakes, growth, and redemption. At the end of the day, we all want a fair and just system but what has been done to Seunghan is neither fair nor just. It’s a failure of compassion and it’s deeply discouraging for fans like me who have loved K-pop for years. I hope we can begin to reflect on the harm caused by this kind of mob mentality and learn to strike a balance between accountability and humanity.

2024-11-26 21:57:47 +0000 UTCI get what you mean which is why I think it’s only fair for us not assume that they only apologised out of fear cause they could have apologised because it’s a lie ,it runs both ways. I also see you keep mentioning school violence ,I might have missed something …which school violence was he involved in? Please do enlighten me cause like I said the inter fans only know about the girlfriend and smoking hence we were shocked by the measures the K and C fans took. I get that in Korean society it’s not seen as a good thing to smoke and even I don’t associate with smokers but that would never make me tell a person to go k themselves or say terrible things because at the end of the day it’s their life. That same energy that they carried out for Seunghan having a girlfriend and smoking was not carried out to Taeil whose situation is even worse. They treated Seunghan like a criminal ,a murderer while he was doing activities that every other young person has done (not all but majority) I know a lot of Korean men that smoke and I was surprised to see how common it is given how the internet portrays. Inter fans were not saying what he’s doing is right (having a girlfriend and smoking a cigarette) but it’s not wrong either cause at the end of the day he’s a young male adult. I hope you get where I’m coming from . Also isn’t it common for idols to apologise when a rumor about them comes out whether it’s true or not …He was apologetic towards the situation and how it turned to be stressful for the fans and his members ,it doesn’t mean that he’s admitting to anything cause he never stated that,it’s just so sad .

2024-11-26 15:26:29 +0000 UTCThat comment was also my first comment about Seunghwan. I'm glad to hear that you didn't take it badly. That's right. That incident did happen. It's unclear whether that person claimed she weren't a minor because they felt burdened after the situation escalated, or if they said it because they received negative comments after posting, or if she genuinely weren't a minor. However, since the official statement from Seunghwan was just an apology despite the controversy, we have no choice but to make assumptions. Moreover, even if she was not a minor, the fact that someone went to a motel is still quite problematic in our society. And I’m not sure about other countries, but in Korea, smoking is generally viewed very negatively. Of course, in Korean content, smoking might be portrayed glamorously, especially in movies or dramas featuring gangsters, but in reality, people in Korea do not look favorably upon smokers. One of my favorite idols was also involved in a smoking controversy, and while I felt sorry that they were criticized for it, personally, I don't associate with smokers in real life, so I can understand why they received backlash. However, I believe that the issues related to school violence are generally accepted as true by the majority. Therefore, with issues like school violence, motels, and smoking not aligning with the ideal image of a person in our society, it seems that people's emotions have become heightened. As a result, he have been branded as a morally questionable person, leading some to leave emotional negative comments.

2024-11-26 14:00:08 +0000 UTCThe allegations of the girl being a minor were debunked were they not and the person who was running that account apologised on twitter as they realised how bad things had gone for him unless if there is another story that we as international fans don’t know about cause all we know is that the Korean fans are mad at him for having a girl and smoking which is considered normal teenage behaviour…I’m also not being rude ,please do enlighten me

2024-11-26 13:37:31 +0000 UTC❄️I am not a malicious commenter who criticizes Seung-han. I just think this as a Korean. The reason why many idols are leaving their groups in Korea, especially recently, seems to be largely due to issues related to sexual crimes or school violence. We believe the biggest reason Seung-han is unable to continue his activities with the team is the school violence controversy. We take school violence very seriously, similar to how videos related to it, like 'The Glory,' are produced. Seung-han was a person, but so were the victims of school violence. The victims of school violence suffer from lifelong aftereffects, so if a perpetrator appears on TV, the victims cannot comfortably watch the content. ❄️The controversy regarding women in Korea arose because he took a minor to a motel. Even if an adult going to a motel is publicly revealed, they still face social scrutiny, and taking a minor is even more problematic in korea. While some may argue that it’s a personal matter in foreign countries, our society is quite conservative, and even if an ordinary person’s visit to a motel becomes known, people would think they are quite promiscuous. ❄️Moreover, he did not deny the allegations and posted an apology, which means he has acknowledged his wrongdoing, making it difficult for him to return to team activities. Although he apologized to us, it does not mean that the victims of school violence have forgiven him. ❄️🌟Koreans place great importance on the idea that one must take responsibility for their past actions.🌟 His actions have also harmed the team. It is also true that there was a time when the members disliked Seunghwan. So it was clear that a crisis had come to the team. The people who are preventing Seunghwan from resuming team activities are not just doing it out of dislike; they also have their own reasons for thinking that way. I believe that these various reasons have combined to create the current situation where Seunghan cannot resume team activities. 🙏🏻Thank you.🙏🏻

2024-11-26 11:19:43 +0000 UTCI’m so grateful that person brought up the Seunghan situation…It’s so heartbreaking but I’m proud of what we’ve done so far …We signed a petition that has over 200k people ,we sent a bunch of supportive trucks to SM and a lot of banners around SM,we got a lot of big Kpop stores around the world to stop distributing Riize albums and other we even got their following on all the social media platforms including the likes of Spotify and Apple Music to drop. It’s sad that SM will listen to a few fans and not the majority and them listening to them after they did what they did will result in them always doing that every time they find something small about any member so this protest we are doing is not just for Riize and Seunghan but every other idol…These “fans” are delusional and need to be put in their place and need to understand that idols are human beings. As a person tht waited for Riize to debut is Seunghan and Wonbin biased , I’m sad because I know the boycott is also hurting the other members but it has to be done ,that’s the only way international fans can voice out their frustration. Seunghan said Riize is his dream ,not a solo career and him to be kicked out of the group because of something so dumb isn’t fair…SM is doing the Lucas situation all over again. The moment they debut him solo ,they’ll neglect him 💔😒
