I feel so bad for Reiner. He is mentally messed up. When he was explaining his time in Paradise, the way he described Sasha and the others and what he said about them was completely opposite. He clearly has affection for them, but because of his mission, he’s forced to see them as the "demons," which has completely warped his sense of reality. The guilt and inner conflict he feels are eating him alive. He’s torn between his loyalty to Marley and the bonds he formed with the people in Paradise. You can see how his double life has fractured his mind, he’s constantly switching between the roles of a warrior and a comrade, and it’s like he doesn’t even know who he really is anymore. It’s heartbreaking to see how brainwashed and broken he has become. Poor guy.

Yeah so the animation studio for this season is different. Wit Studio dropped the show because they wanted to focus on different projects, so instead it was animated by Mappa, which is one of the best anime studios nowadays.Mappa animates Jujutsu Kaisen which i think you guys said that youre planning to watch.

They change the studio from wit studio to mappa studio since this season, if you notice the artstyle is kinda different, and honestly i like wit studio more than mappa, but its still good
