Grisha Yeager got the Attack Titan from the Owl, whose real name is also Eren Kruger. In the last episodes of Season 3, do you remember? Kruger tells Grisha to complete his mission in order to save Mikasa and Armin. Kruger then passes on the Attack Titan to Grisha so he can make it to Paradis and carry out the mission. Once Grisha has the Attack Titan, he obtains the Founding Titan by taking it from Frieda Reiss in the underground chapel. we got to know this through when eren got his dads memories. Later, Grisha tells Eren to save his friends. He injects the serum into Eren, which causes Eren to eat his father. This is how Eren ends up inheriting both the Attack Titan and the Founding Titan.
