2024-12-14 14:49:29 +0000 UTCI wish Byoung gon and Seunghun would have done it too 💔 but now they are in CIX. Im crying all of them w the same dreams but no all can made. My Asahi and Yoshi have that something that catches everyone's attention, maybe YG saw that something and besides they know how to compose music, so why not. I think there's an episode that talks about what happened. I love how my TREASURE keeps growing and giving good music and supporting each other. YG should promote them more, my guys deserve more popularity, they have a lot of desire, energy, talent and new paths to go down, that makes me love them more. It was fun watching this show with you guys.

2024-12-14 12:12:03 +0000 UTCLONG SUMMARY ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED: After this show, YG Entertainment went through many scandals that made them delay TREASURE's debut for almost 2 years. Within those 2 years, a lot happened regarding members and how the group will operate. Originally the 7-member line-up, TREASURE included: HARUTO, YEDAM, JUNGHWAN, JUNKYU, HYUNSUK, JAEHYUK, and JEONGWOO after the final lineup was revealed, there was a lot of backlash on who made it to TREASURE and those who didn't that people think are more talented and deserving of the spot. So, YG later on made and revealed a 2nd group called MAGNUM which includes: JIHOON, MASHIHO, DOYOUNG, YOONBIN, YOSHI, ASAHI a lot of fans speculated that at this point, amongst the finalists, BYOUNGGON and SEUNGHUN probably already left YG and were invited by their current company for CIX, which is why YOSHI and ASAHI were able to be picked amongst the remaining trainees in YG. I also think he chose them because they both have a lot of potential, especially in music production. So, these 2 groups are supposed to debut separately as TREASURE and MAGNUM and sometimes promote together as TREASURE13. But with the delays and all of these plans, MAGNUM Member YOONBIN left because his plans did not align with YG with regards to how he wanted to go with his music, so he left the group. After he left, YG decided to merge the 2 groups into one and collectively call them TREASURE, this is why they debuted as 12 members in the end with ASAHI and YOSHI. Regarding MASHIHO and YEDAM's departure in 2022, YG announced that they'll officially be departing from the group in November 2022; YEDAM left because he wanted to pursue music production and probably to have more freedom in expressing himself in music and went solo, while MASHIHO left because of a health issue that is not revealed for his privacy, but he is now doing fine and went back active this year and debuted as a soloist in Japan.
