2025-11-29 06:14:44 +0000 UTCLike I really could have used some therapy after that finale. It's still so intense, even though I've seen it so many times. And the endings in general this first season! The King's death--that final scene moved me to tears. The previous episode, where Cousin Queen pops up from under the floor on her dragon. And just stares the Greens in the FACE! Her dragon screaming in their ugly faces. Again, such a memorable scene. And these women--these strong, powerful women, just seen as pawns in the patriarchy of this fictional world. Breaks my heart. Aemond has me all confusion in my feels. How can he be so grrrrrr, baby and an evil bastard at the same time?!?1. Like I want to like him. I do like him as a bad boy. It's just very confusing.

2025-11-29 05:28:36 +0000 UTCDaemon can have kids lol Rhaenyra has had 2 of his sons, but the one in this episode didn’t make it Also - Aemond (the guy with the eye patch), his dragon, Vhagar, is the oldest & largest in the world at this point in time, so his dragon is bigger than everyone else’s. The contrast is SO huge between Vhagar & Lucery’s dragon, Arrax, because Lucery’s dragon is still very young. Vhagar used to belong to Laena Velaryon, Daemon’s second wife who died in childbirth, then Aemond “claimed” Vhagar.
