Non-spoiler context for ppl who havenβt played the games: the spores are the main vector of spreading Cordyceps in the game (other than bites), not the tendrils. They removed them for the sake of not having actors in gas masks covering up their faces the whole time, since thatβs how they often traverse in the game. Really cool to use the spores as an evolution of Cordyceps. But nasty!! I both want to replay the games and also cannot bring myself to descend into fungiland again quite yet π

I was so sad to see her give in so deeply to that rage and didn't want to lose my girl or have her lose herself any further! I think Bella did SO WELL portraying that. You could see it in Ellie's eyes before she hit Nora the second time that she was GONE.
