Though we are sad October has come and gone, we both have a deep love for the month of November (Chey’s birthday month!!) and the mix of spookiness and festiveness it brings, the perfect blend of cozy and creepy ☕🖤🍁
Here's some of the content you can expect to see from us this month as we head into the holiday season! And of course as always, there's more to come this month than just what's posted here. Welcome to Derry (first-time watch): hope y'all are loving this show as much as we are!! Unhinged doesn't begin to describe it lol
House of the Dragon (seasons 1 & 2) (first-time watch): getting both of these done for y'all so we can have it all finished up before A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms starts next year!
Heated Rivalry: if y'all haven't watched the trailer for this gay hockey series...GO WATCH PLS!!! we are so excited! The premiere is 11/28 so only one episode this month.
Movies:
Coco (first-time watch): So happy to be sharing Miguel's journey with you this Día de Muertos! (OUT NOW!)
Frankenstein (2025) (first-time watch): it feels like November is actually prime Guillermo del Toro time?? So this is perfect!
Silence of the Lambs (rewatch): first-time watching after consuming Hannibal!!! Really really excited for this one, not only because it's an amazing movie that we love very much but also to watch it through a fresh new lense.
Planes, Trains and Automobiles (first-time watch): been saying we were finally going to watch this forever and this year we're sticking to our word!! So excited for this chaotic journey!
Scary Movie 3 (first-time watch): it's November and all we want is to watch more of Anna Faris and Regina Hall EATING!!!!
Wicked Part 1 (rewatch): this is our favorite movie of the decade so far and it only feels like our pre-Wicked: For Good rewatch should be with y'all!

I was the only "weird goth chick" in my high school and for the talent show one year I did a Hannibal Lector monolog 🤣🤣🤣 didn't exactly make me seem less weird! I can't wait to watch it with y'all! I hope this means you'll eventually watch the whole trilogy! Trains, Planes, and automobiles will be tough, I haven't watched it since my dad passed away. It was one of his favorite movies and John Candy reminds me of him, so much! But having you guys there, will make it easier to watch!! Love you both and Happy birthday month to Chey!!
