2026-01-24 11:38:16 +0000 UTCI have no doubt the events will conspire to force Roland to reveal more of his secrets than he's prefer to the inspector (read any secrets). Roland appears to like to keep to the background and more comfortable working with "front men" who take the visibility. Arthor, Thief's Guild Master, etc. Likely the inspector already has an inkling that this is Roland/Weyland for any number of reasons. Like: Use of non-standard rune magic Similarities between his current armor and his Salamander set Roland's level of craftmanship is exceptional for the island and likely the smith of the armor Level 3 Wolf familiar (Coming) His floating golems when they get revealed.

Especially because their hold on the island would be quite weak right now (after loosing their figurehead on the island). And this organization might be the same as the one the guild master of the thief guild is running from. How interesting

2026-01-24 10:08:32 +0000 UTCI understand that Roland maintaining his cover is in character for him but I was expecting him to reveal himself to the inspector since he did seem to believe their "true" identity. He has already drawn the gnome's attention and hiding behind a fake name should reveal itself eventually while stating who he was and his role as a Knight Commander could be proof that he is not another assassin the guild need be worried of and earn his real identity more credit with the adventurer guild as a whole. Wait...now that just sounds like he would get more problems and responsibilities than he already wants.
