Progress Update / Patreon Pause
Added 2021-04-27 23:38:21 +0000 UTCHi guys. I wish I had better news, but progress hasn't been going well on the writing front. I've just not been putting words down onto page, and I don't want to charge anyone if I'm not productive. I think worrying about performance / writing on time has actually made things worse, and rewriting things hasn't gone smoothly at all.
So here we are, I've paused the billing on Patreon. I'm hoping that without the added stress I'll be able to come up with some answers in my own time.
Sometimes these things are cyclic, and I'm hoping that I'll be able to write more for all of us to enjoy Elania's tale and maybe get enough done to release again before the end of May.

If things go well, patreon will be starting again in July. It's been pretty busy for me, I moved :O It wasn't very far but I had to pack up everything and go, and it took about a week ^^" My car windshield randomly cracked, which wasn't fun. Also the A/C broke during the move, so had to get a new one. Just, life things, its been slow, I've been lazy and summer finally starting to get here. I didn't really accomplish my job of writing a backlog, only writing one chapter of shipcore and working on the rewriting/adding things between when Elania got knocked out and waking up. So I hope you are all doing well!

Don't be stressed about your readers waiting for the next chapter, you are allowed a break and owe us nothing, especially since you took the fair decision to stop the billing. Some authors take years to write such stories, internet may have spoiled us readers but good quality content cannot be rushed. Take care Erios.

I still have a notebook worth of notes and things I want to see Elania do :) It's just I haven't been consistent enough lately with writing in my opinion. When we can get back to posting at least 8 chapters a month, I will re-enable it. I will do my best to get a good backlog too, so there aren't so many pauses or hiccups.
