WayWard Islands - Master Tier

The Wayward Islands, lost somewhere in the Forlorn Sea. A haven for pirates and treasure hunters alike. They say there is an island coiled like a snake, with a hideout at its head. There are sea shanties about an island littered with booty, where the palms grow gems instead of coconuts. A hidden paradise in the middle of the ocean. The bards say that only the most steadfast sailors ever reach the site, but I have yet to meet one that can attest to its location. The Wayward Islands are a just a pirate’s tale lad, don’t go dreaming of it, and don’t you join a crew that says they are sailing there. Not even if they claim they have the compass that points to it. Especially if they say they have the compass…

The Wayward Islands are a collection of island maps that can be used in any nautical themed adventure. There are seven tropical islands separated into three different scenes, with various levels of decoration. Snake Island features a pair of large islands, one coils up in elevation with a lookout platform, the other coils upon itself ending in a small wooden fort. The Pirate Isles feature two smaller islands with foliage perfect for hiding items (the alternate is Treasure Island, already filled and ready to be looted). With Whirling Isles feature three smaller islands with an indigenous feel and a whirlpool in the center. There is a collection of huts on one island and a step temple with a glowing gem on the other. The alternate features a tentacled beast rising from the whirlpool. There are also Open Ocean and maps with a Ship on the water (and a Ship Battle alternate). There is a manual that gives detailed descriptions of the sites, along with read-aloud text. You can get the entire set, pre-lit on FoundryVTT. And there are additional blank sets of the map with art assets from Critical Concepts so you can create your own adaptation.
