The results were clear, with a total vote count of 53, the Cliff Dwellings will be the theme for June 2024. I am imagining an arid desert that leads to a cliff face, with Anasazi-like, natural apartment dwellings. A multi-tiered layout that goes deep into the mountain. A small cave system that leads to an open air courtyard, surrounded by public buildings: bbq pits, ritual area, throne room. The variant could be redone as a more temperate zone with flourishing foliage. The Cliff Dwellings could serve as great setting for a unique Tier 3 adventure. Instead of having mundane human native occupants, there will be appropriate foes (advanced lizardfolk, serpentfolk, cursed undead, open to suggestions). A few traps, maybe a puzzle or riddle. If anyone has ideas for other points of interest to include in the map set, let me know in the comments below.
