Poll Results for September 2024
Added 2024-08-04 17:53:13 +0000 UTCThe new polling round is in the books. It was a tremendous turnout from long time veterans and first time voters alike. It is always so fun to count out the votes and see the back and forth of it. A huge shout out to all the awesome Patrons that put in their choices: ChefsSlaad, TelsiaW, Douglas Rector, Projeckt, DMfiend, Andreas Persson, IAmHeWhoIsMe, Nick Anderson, Brendan P Foht, Eric Laney, Garhi, Sgt Weeb, Lilliesblue, Kurazarrh, Ryan, DMN_Good, Tom DAngelo, AN7, Jon Hernandez, Eldarisilvar, MajinScarlet, Myles, Nyx CD, Gabriel de Vore, Bobby Montgomery, Jacob Daniels, Alexander Jakimcio, Noah Connolly, Erathiel Logue, divol, Nerlizard, Holycrapamelon, ×הרון ×למוג, CornPop1, Bear Dad PDX, Toast, Aletta Silver, Samuel Coulter, R Tapping, and Marionette. You all are the voices of this site, and my guides on this journey. I appreciate your feedback so much, Thank You.
The choice for next month's theme is the Mountainside Castle. It was the clear winner with 38% and 42 votes total (the full vote count can be seen below). I am excited to do another full scale castle, this will be as big as my last mega map castle [120x80], with a similar classic castle layout. But part of the structure will be built directly into the side of a mountain cliff. I will make sure to put a long winding road that leads up to the front gatehouse. I want to make three cascading tiers, with secret passages, hidden caves, a dungeon, and a private top floor exit. Of course I will include all of the appropriate dressed rooms that are found in such a grand castle (the list would be far to long to post here, Crimson Castle has over 100 rooms). I will definitely ensure that this is not a clone of the other castles I've done previously. (Really working on that high depth cliff thing lately, but I haven't got it down quite yet, we will see how this one comes out).

Thank You again to everyone that took the time to vote. You are all so inspiring, it gives the the energy to start on a project like this one. I still get fired up to do a new map every month after I count up the poll. Just so cool to see what everyone comes up with. And to be able to make the scenes that other Game Masters use in their own games. Long Live D&D!
