[캐릭터 카드가 아닌 스크린샷입니다.] [また、スクリーンショットにつきましても、今後配布を予定しております。] [Additionally, screenshots are also planned to be released at a later date.] 안녕하십니까 일단 의견을 전달해 주신 모든 분들께 감사드립니다. 이번 한 달간 변경된 방침으로 시범 운영을 진행해 보았습니다. 그 결과, 수익이 증가한 것과는 별개로 일부 유출 사례가 발생하긴 했습니다. 다만 방침 변경 이전과 비교했을 때, 유출이 상당한 시간이 지난 이후에 이루어졌다는 점은 가장 큰 변화라고 판단하고 있습니다. 한편, 많은 구독자분들께서 말씀해 주신 것처럼 씬 데이터를 제때 다운로드하지 못하고 지나치는 경우가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다는 점 또한 확인하였습니다. 이에 따라 구독자분들의 의견과 운영 전반의 상황을 종합적으로 고려한 결과, 부득이하게 기존과 동일하게 과거 씬을 포함하여 지속적으로 공개하는 방식으로 다시 운영할 예정입니다. gumroad는 재개 계획 없습니다. 또한 캐릭터 카드도 추후 배포 예정입니다. 앞으로도 더 나은 방향을 고민하며 운영해 나가겠습니다. 감사합니다. ---------------------------- ご挨拶申し上げます。 まずは、貴重なご意見をお寄せいただいた皆さまに心より感謝申し上げます。 この1か月間、変更した方針のもとで試験的な運用を行ってまいりました。 その結果、収益が増加したこととは別に、一部で流出事例が発生したことも確認しております。 ただし、方針変更前と比較すると、流出がかなり時間を置いてから発生している点は、最も大きな変化であると考えております。 一方で、多くのご購読者様からご指摘いただいた通り、シーンデータを期限内にダウンロードできず、そのまま見逃してしまうケースが頻繁に発生していることも確認いたしました。 これらの状況およびご意見を総合的に検討した結果、誠に遺憾ながら、従来どおり過去のシーンを含めて継続的に公開する運営方法へ戻すことを決定いたしました。 Gumroadでの配信再開の予定はございません。 また、キャラクターカードにつきましても、今後配布を予定しております。 今後も、より良い運営の在り方を模索しながら活動を続けてまいります。 何卒ご理解のほど、よろしくお願い申し上げます。 -------------------- Hello everyone. As a result, while revenue increased, there were also some cases of content leakage. However, compared to before the policy change, the fact that such leaks occurred only after a significant amount of time represents the most notable improvement. At the same time, as many subscribers pointed out, we also confirmed that it has become fairly common for users to miss downloading scene data within the available period. After carefully reviewing these circumstances and taking subscriber feedback into consideration, I have decided—regrettably but unavoidably—to revert to the previous operation method and continue making all scenes available, including past releases. At this time, there are no plans to resume distribution on Gumroad. Additionally, character cards are also planned to be released at a later date. I will continue striving to improve operations and explore better approaches moving forward. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
