2023 Plans for Patreon

Hello all my little roses! First I wanted to wish everyone a Happy New Year! I hope your holidays were joyful and you were able to spend some time with loved ones, or spend time with yourself if you needed the break!

With 2023 comes a lot of hopes and wishes for my art. More than anything I want to make more content you all will enjoy, but I also want to do some experimentation, mostly with my style, but also with learning a new medium: animation! I have wanted to learn animation for years but never had the chance to due to always needing to work on commissions just to get by. My hope for this year is that, with the help of everyone's support here on Patreon, I will be able to spend less time focusing on commission work and more time learning and practicing animation! You'll most likely see a few rough animations while I fiddle with timing and tweening and the like, but eventually I hope to be able to make full animation loops for your viewing pleasure!~

Alongside wanting to learn animation, I want to experiment with my style more, something a little more loose and cartoony, anatomy be damned! When I started really getting into drawing, I relied HEAVILY on the Butch Hartman/Danny Phantom style, to the point where I couldn't draw in any other style. I want to kind of harken back to that style, return a little to my roots and go for more exaggerated proportions (think 1950's pinup girl style). I may call upon a couple of you to lend me your characters to use as practice, but I hope you guys will join me and even give some feedback on what you think looks good/bad while I experiment!

Finally, I feel like I am at a point where I'm comfortable with where the Patreon is, but I want all of your feedback as well! What do you think of the tiers? Would there be something you feel would be a good added benefit? Anything you think I should do differently? Tell me anything! I truly value everyone's input when it comes to providing a space where you guys feel you're getting the most bang for your buck! So leave a comment if you have anything in mind, and I'll be reading through them and taking notes!
