I'd love to know which of so called "underrated" canon characters you'd love to see in my works.

And while I know this may be intentional, I find their stories always take a backseat compared to other main characters. They're not often brought up, only briefly mentioned from time to time, and aren't heard from again for awhile. Underrated yet delicious looking characters, and I'd love to see your rendition of the two. Or at least one if possible.
