My Discord got limited for a day

I got this message today all of a sudden at it says my account broke a rule regarding violent content which I dont even know which one. And it even said 69 days ago but for some reason I only got the notification today.
I can still see everyone's activity and receive message but currently I cannot send or post things in my discord.
Thank you for your attention! Hope this resolves by tomorrow
