Name Change?

I think Kätzchen is Kacchi. (Get it? Like, catchy? Damn, I'm funny) If you must change it, I think Kacchi is okay, but I just like Kätzchen a lot. I wish people just paid more attention, like, come on, it's not that hard.

Oh it's not bothering me that people don't use ä! I actually use "katzchen" instead of "kaetzchen" for convenience to people who aren't familar with how an umlaut works. It's the letter order in general that people get wrong alot. Some people find it too long and foreign to get it right. XD Yeah, the recognition was also my issue here. Should have thought more carefully about my name when I decided on it. It's hard to have everyone adjust to a new name. Thanks for your opinion!

I don't think changing such an easily-recognizable name is a good idea, personally. If people's issues with the umlaut (that ¨ thing over the a) is bothering you that much, though, apparently "ae" is a common replacement for it, hence why all the -booru artsites list you as "kaetzchen" and Google Translate translates both as "kitten" (and pronounces both as "kitchen" for some reason O_o;;). So yeah, if you absolutely have to drop the ä from "Kätzchen," I'd just switch it to an "ae" and go with "Kaetzchen." Still technically the same name, one that people who find your artwork on -booru sites will recognize, and no umlaut-typing issues. (Mac users: alt+u puts an umlaut over the next letter you type if it can take one.)
