Throwback journal

I recently found some old notebooks from 1998-2000 time frame - you can see my initial bulking phase was under way and I was liking the added fat - also you can see how I focused on the best foods for nutrition and scheduling, which is still a focus of how I gain today. The photos align with these writings. And over 360lbs later, I’m proud of the dedication I had back then to push myself to grow and change.
