This was the night of my cousins wedding. Babygirl was very smart and decided to wear protection since she can sometimes leak (or more so wait too long to go, then have some dribble out when she's running to the toilet or waiting in line) when having a little too much to drink. 

The whole wedding it remained dry, and she was able to get to the potty on time every time. 

Until...

We were taking the shuttle bus to the drop off near out place. The pick up time for the bus snuck up on us, so we pretty much grabbed our stuff, said quick goodbye's and ran off. Which meant Babygirl didn't get a chance to use the bathroom before we left. 

Not 5 minutes into sitting on the bus, surrounded by other family members also heading to the drop off, she whispers to me:

"Daddy, I really need to pee"

I asked her how long she could hold it to which she responded "Not long".

We waited a few minutes and she looked at me with puppy dog eyes, not wanting to wet the goodnite she'd done so well keeping dry. 

I said "Just go, better than to not be in pain" but she shook her head, determined to hold it as long as she could. 

We were pretty close to the drop off point when she grabbed tight onto my arm and her eyes got wide. A hand slowly went to her crotch as to not bring on any attention. 

"Are you going?" I asked. She shook her head "Just a little bit but I got it".

The bus arrived and we got off. It was only a 5 minute walk from the drop off to our place, so we started on our way. 

About halfway into the walk, Babygirl stopped dead in her tracks. 

"I can't stop it, its all coming out" She said, and I just watched as after a few seconds of hearing the hiss in the diaper, I saw the shimmer of pee trickle down her legs. I grabbed her hand and we finished the walk home, her legs spread a little wider than before. 

We got in and I toweled her off, put her in fresh goodnite and we went to sleep.
