There is SO MUCH footage and when they are not on reality camera, they are on shows, at concerts, livestreaming for fans, etc. they have ZERO privacy. But again the fact that as fans we have watched their journey in such detail is also part of the success journey, so it’s a contradictory situation

You do know he doesn't drive. Doesn't have a driver's license. It's because he is truly the g.o.d. of destruction. If you watch their TV variety show "RunBTS"...not to be confused by the song with the same name...you will see he has no eye hand coordination. Destroys everything he touches. But he is in the top .06% of the Smartest Men in Korea.

RM was so mentally and physically exhausted from 10 years of non stop work. They had no days off No weekends off. No holidays off. I think they got off for Christmas 2 times in 10 years! They worked 360 days a year! ! In the Last Festa they explain why they had to take a break from all the madness. I explained in my comment response on JHope's "Arson" you watched. 2024-08-01 15:10:04 +0000 UTCi love this song !! namjoon is one of the best writers man. his mind is just insane. he formulates his words so well. our perfect leader 💜. i love the part where he says “my fame turned into shackles”. i interpreted that as him being held back and having so many expectations of him. in the beginning, BTS were so hungry for recognition. they wanted to make it to the top so so bad. so i see that as him feeling like now that he’s made it, he realizes that so much is being internalized. for example, he has to watch what he says, does, who he’s around, who he dates, etc. shit, i would feel like i’m in shackles too.

Hope your enjoying the journey🫶💜Actually considering the whole “military is probably a good break for them” i would disagree with that statement considering that they had to leave a life behind of music which they love and adore so much to enter a whole another life of forced conscription. Especially RM who has been vocal about his dissatisfaction, for instance he has multiple times has showed his countdown to his last day on instagram waiting for it all to be over. Which is quite sad actually cause at the end of the day its not a vacation and they aren’t there to take it easy and rest but instead do things that go against their own values (which they have talked about in their old songs).

It was after this that they began their supposed hiatus before military enlistment and solo projects. Also Jungkook didn’t write his songs for his first solo album Golden. Each of their solo projects are geared toward who they are or where they want to go outside of BTS. With all the fame like you said Kev comes great responsibility and expectations and they began to lose their individuality in the midstream of it all especially as a leader RM carried a lot in his shoulders. You’ll see and hear this in their last Festa together before their hiatus. I appreciate your reaction. I love the entire Indigo album. It’s amazing!!! He comforts himself and us by saying he will be back, but more authentically him. Argh, one of my favourite solos from all of them.
