2024-08-08 01:33:34 +0000 UTCIt's time I told you about Jimin's singing history. I promised this story for you before. The owner, Mr. Bang, did not pick Jimin to debut. He felt there was something lacking in him. Luckily, one of his co- workers told him he had to pick Jimin. So Mr. Bang trusted his co worker. They did not know what to do with Jimin. They assigned him to the rappers even though he had never rapped before. Suga immediately went to Mgmt and told them Jimin was not a rapper. Suga could hear Jimin's potential in being a good singer. Anyway, they changed Jimin to the vocal line. Jimin's vocal experience was only choir in high school. Big Hit assigned everyone but Jimin to vocal lessons. Mainly because they couldn't afford it. But it killed Jimin's confidence in ever becoming a good singer. Jimin chose to attend JK's vocal lessons and just sat there and listened and observed the training. Jimin practiced on his own. He developed his own singing voice. But again he had no confidence. He would come off stage crying when his voice couldn't hit a note properly. I know all this because they have all said this in interviews. The next part I don't know details. I think at some point when Big Hit became more successful they got him voice lessons. Maybe some other Army person reading this knows. But Jimin would do Vlives being so sad and lamenting that he couldn't sing well. I do know that once they started doing solo work Jimin decided to start voice lessons again. I'm not sure if he paid for them or Big Hit. But I do know he found a proper vocal coach finally. Because during the MMM interview. Mini and Moni Music, a video where Jimin introduces RM to his new album "Muse". RM compliments Jimin on how much his voice had improved. He explained his new voice teacher said he had been singing wrong. That if Jimin had continued singing that way, he would have ruined and destroyed his voice and vocal chords!!! Jimin said he will have to retrain to sing all the old BTS songs. So he now uses the correct technique. And he does sound better than ever. Bottom line Jimin really worked hard and trained himself to sing. I give all credit to Jimin for his tenacity and perseverance. And belief in himself to achieve a great voice. His song "Who" is #1 on Billboard. Just look at the list and see who all he beat out. #2 is Billy Ellish. Also, Jimin has broken a record that JK set. I think it's in sales. Not sure. But it's a big deal to beat out JK and break his record!

There is a stage mix of Jin singing "Ephinany". You not only get to see all his outfits and looks at the audience, but also all the unique pianos he plays. One thing I didn't hear you comment on was... the rain was raining down. Then when he was ascending up the stairs, the rain started raining up. Did you catch that? There are also compilations with all the guys. That will really blow your mind. I mentioned this before, but I would love for you to check it out. This is not the original version of "Ephinany". The original is on YouTube. "Jin Demo Ephinany". I love his original version. There is no MV. But still listen to it. Have you guys ever considered just listening to the vocal line? 4 guys. No choreography. They deliver stunningly exquisite vocals and harmonies. The 2 best. "House of Cards" and "Truth Untold". Find the Live Performances. Their sound will melt your heart. And for Caleb who loves Jin like I do...there are some standout Jin moments. I first took particular notice of Jin's voice when he passionately sang 2 words in "House of Cards". "No Way. No Way". Check those 2 vocal line songs out. You won't be disappointed. Did you know that in the beginning of their career it was rumored they weren't singing? Just Lip Syncing because they sounded too perfect and good! They were wrong of course!

The last song he danced to is actually his song that he made for army before he left for the military. I think this video shows his versatility to dance to different genres of music. I highly recommend it.

2024-08-07 13:14:51 +0000 UTCjimin is so beautiful. i’ll never stop saying this but he’s the most beautiful man i’ve ever seen. and that’s not even an exaggeration. since i met him in 2015, i’ve never seen a more attractive man. and not even just for his looks. like yes, he’s a pretty boy. he has the face, the hair, the LIPS, the body, and the smile. but he’s also such a sweetheart & he’s so selfless. and his mannerisms are so elegant and appealing. anyways, serendipity is still my favorite jimin song to this day. it’ll always hold a place in ARMYS hearts. i remember the day he released it :) the entire fandom lost their apples 😭😭 hope you guys react to the mv as well. thanks for the reaction & can’t wait for the next solo from the next member !! and hopefully some more group mvs too bc there’s still A LOT to unpack there 💜.

You all are so entertaining as well!!! Dbl G got vocals… let me find out… if not you did great for a trial run!!!😊. So the stage with the Bubble was at Wembley stadium. If you can find the full concert you should check it out!! So a few other stage mixes I would recommend are Dimple and Pied Piper. He just loved the song the moment he heard it. I'm assuming he means the first korean song he heard and Choreographed a dance for himself not to give to a group or singer for their performance.
