Hi fellow Wizards and Necromancers.
In this tutorial, I'm going to show you a simple yet meticulous way of painting amazing beige/brown fur.
1. Start with basecoating the fur with 1-2 thin coats of Rhinox Hide. The perfect paint consistency here is paint mixed in a 1:1 ratio with water.

2. Add a thick/wide/chunky edge highlight to every thread of fur with Mournfang Brown, layer consistency. Layer = paint mixed 1:1 with water.

3. Add a thinner edge highlight of Mournfang Brown mixed in a 1:1 ratio with Zandri Dust, layer consistency.

4. Add Ushabti Bone, layer consistency, on the tips of every fur thread, to make them pop.

And that is pretty much it! This technique takes time but if you are painting a piece for a competition - I would recommend using it.
Please share the results with me when you try it out. You can do it by tagging me in your posts on social media or by using the #MamikonsWizards hashtag. Alternatively you can also join the Necromancers tier here on Patreon and gain access to my Discord Server where you can show your work, ask questions and receive feedback.
Cheers,
Mamikon
