Taylor Album Poll
Added 2024-09-12 14:44:31 +0000 UTCAlright guys... it's time to vote for our next Taylor Swift album!!! Try not to vote based on which albums you like best, but based on what actually makes the most sense for me to react to next. This poll is multiple choice, so you can vote as many times as you want. The THREE most popular picks will be put on a YouTube poll for the deciding vote!
Comments
because I've had A LOT of people on YouTube ask me to react to the original versions, so I put both in just to be fair.

2024-09-14 01:51:30 +0000 UTCI really think that since we're going into Fall/Autumn it should be Red, since that's the Fall Album

2024-09-13 03:57:12 +0000 UTCI feel like Rep and Lover make most sense to come next because you’re familiar with her and Joe’s story and these albums really focus on the stages of them falling/being in love.

2024-09-13 02:01:23 +0000 UTCListening in chronological order would be the best in my opinion. But if we're not doing that, I feel like Red/Red TV would be the best mid-point album if you average out all the ones you have reacted to so far. I don't think 1989 would be appreciated enough by jumping straight into her full (mainstream) pop era. Doing Speak Now and earlier would also be a bit of a departure. After Red, every other album becomes a bit more accessible in my opinion. Lover would also be a great candidate. But I feel like it's best to save it for after reputation.

2024-09-13 00:28:33 +0000 UTCIf so, I think that could be fun. Although, I think the experience should be the build up of red->1989->rep. I feel like that progression of her musical experience was super important. I kind of group Taylor’s albums into eras. Debut -> Fearless (baby era into first taste of stardom) Speak now -> Red (finding yourself era) 1989->Rep (Caring what people think fake friends era to not giving a shot anymore era) Lover (long term relationship era) Folklore->Evermore (Covid stories) Midnight->TTPD (relationship breakdown)
