You (Neecee) could rewatch the original first if you think you'd enjoy being able to compare the new one to the old one as you watch, or if you'd feel more grounded/settled/comfortable having the details of the original fresh in your mind before watching the new one (like if you think as you're watching the new one you'd have a lot of curiosity and frustration with the fact that you don't remember exactly what happened in the original). But either way is fine!

2024-09-29 04:47:38 +0000 UTCI don’t think it matters if you remember the original or not. This is a retelling of the same story in modern times as a musical. It can stand on its own. If you want to make comparisons, maybe rewatch, but otherwise, not very necessary
