2025-06-29 17:54:39 +0000 UTCVecna doesn't appear in our world physically like the demogorgos, whenever victims encounter him it's all in their head (the clock, spider everything). When Chrissy was being haunted by him and running around the house, all Eddie saw was her standing still and being in a trance. The Mind Flayer kinda did the same thing when possessing people but you're right, the piece of the Mind Flayer that was left in our world was able to possess them by gaining a physical form. Vecna is just doing it from the upside down with no portal opened. That's a new and terrifying thing. How he's able to do that will all make sense ;)

2025-06-29 10:47:58 +0000 UTCI agree that EL maybe does believe she the nasty things bullies say about her, but I think when she is saying to Mike that she is different from everyone, that she doesn’t feel she belongs anywhere, and where her situation is different from his is because of her life experiences, shes had to endure a ton of trauma that no one will ever understand because only a few can relate to the Trauma shes endured. El has spent most of her life in a lab being tested, alot of the time in isolation. She has only really been apart of society for about a year and a half, which would be a huge adjustment. Don’t even think shes been receiving therapy.
