And this being the 80's time period makes it even harder for him :( I just wish he finds happiness. The finale is...a lot.

It's been speculated since s2 that Will was in love with Mike and with this they officially confirmed it and that he was gay. Noah Schnapp (will) confirmed online and the duffer brothers (creators) Will was 100% talking about himself even LYING about El telling him to make that painting when in ep1 she made it clear she had no idea what it even was. Going back to s3 when Mike told Will "its not my fault you don't like girls" you could tell that really hurt him and now we know why. Will in general has just been so miserable for most of this show so I really feel for him😭
