reworked/buffed badges

we think now every badge really makes sense... especially the fiver finally :D
in overall... all badges got a little buff.
2+5 bucks are (more) the game badges from now on...
10+15 aiming for set fans like all the time before :)
maybe we add some "your name in game credits" for gold badges later on, if anyone cares :D
