meanwhile on the uv grid
Added 2020-04-08 15:14:50 +0000 UTCwhile i started rendering on strip poker set i took some time today and started something i wanted to do since... no idea... 3 years at least meanwhile :D converting all my characters from gen2 to gen8 finally. hope you like my first rough version of ezri... no worries, alot of finetuning to be done... in my taste its already better than old one... and i noticed how dumb original one looks without hairs :D
put her together in 2014 with... lets call it not so much experience :) same for the other girls... they all will be redone during the next months. yes i know, some wont like this and that anymore... but maybe even more like the new models :) beside of taste thingies... its way easier to work with those models ESPECIALLY when it comes to animation. all those oneclick converters failed me during the years... they get it 90% correct... i can get that done better manually meanwhile so no more excuses. but if i look at old ezri again (and once again had to laugh) its mabe better to improve her a bit and not a copy :D
did one version with ezris darker skintone as usual... and another brighter one... i would stick to original ezri tone color... but maybe like the brighter version more? in any case... i keep you updated on this aswell :)

Looks much better imo but prefer the darker skin and green eyes

2020-04-09 03:39:30 +0000 UTCthanks. yes eyes still miss that specular effects, same as eyebrows... but that all is tiny detailwork that will be done step by step :) feedback is very helpful in this case. i wasnt sure but seems people liked the cat-like thingie, thats one of the very important things i am gonna (at least try my best) to keep in new version

2020-04-08 19:52:14 +0000 UTCOh wow ... where shall I start? I liked the former Ezri Version veryy much, in fact even one of my favorites - but the new version has some real improvemend. First of all: the mouth, the lips are ... closer to perfection now, i think. The eyebrows ... seem more elegant now, but I wonder if they mioght be a bit too high above the eyes. Nose: brilliant now. Ears: as D00m3aT0s mentioned, i liked the ears better when pointing upwards than backwards. But that might be a matter of taste. The Eyes finally: ... what I like about Ezris former version was the intense look, a bit of a "cat-like" - fitting to a thief, i think. I'm missing that on the new version a bit. So far for now, Respectfully, Rudgar

Oh yeah the Old Ezri's ears were better imo, but time will tell what will you make. Good luck and have fun, stay awesome and healthy! All the best ^^
